Refund & Cancellation Policy

Bhabha University follows the fee refund guidelines stipulated by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and state regulatory directives.

Cancellation & Refund Guidelines

• If a student chooses to withdraw before the formal commencement of the academic session, the entire fee deposited after deducting a nominal processing fee as per UGC rules shall be refunded.
• Requests for cancellation must be formally submitted in writing along with original fee receipts to the Registrar's office.
• Refunds are processed via online bank transfer directly to the student or parent bank account within the statutory timeline.
